The Basel Guitar Duo for the first time in India for a five dates tour with concerts and masterclasses in some of the biggest cities and prestigious halls of the Indian subcontinent. Join them on 15th of April in the great atmosphere of Mazda Hall in Pune.
The new project "Unterwegs" is now ready for its première! In the intimate and historical atmosphere of the Concert Hall "Hotel Rüden" in Schaffausen (Switzerland) the three musicians Regula Bernath, Yukiko Tezuka & Salvatore Foderà will perform music by Händel, Telemann, Rossini, De Falla and much more. Their first Tour in Japan with concerts & masterclasses is coming soon!
Three international musicians: Salvatore Foderà, Yukiko Tezuka & Regula Bernath will enbark on a four concerts tour in Japan with original instruments from the 18th century. A musical journey through different music styles, centuries and continents. New arrangement of old famous melodies, Japanese songs, Spanish music and classical opera masterpieces will meet in a unique performance.
The new programme "Concerto Italiano" is now out. The Basel Guitar Duo will embark on a four concerts tournèe across Denmark, Finland, Estonia & Germany. On 11th April they'll perform in the amazing ambience of the Cathedral of Helsinki.
Starting with the brilliant Overture of "Barbiere di Siviglia" by Giocchino Rossini, they will end their fascinating program with the moving music of Ennio Morricone’s famous film Cinema Paradiso.
Salvatore Foderà will be the only Italian guest artist joining the 1st edition of Saigon International Guitar Festival 2014. Five days of concerts, workshops, lectures & masterclasses in the wonderful contest of Vietnam's biggest music institution, Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music.
Salvatore Foderà will perform three concerts and teach one masterclass in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. His performance, according to the the newspaper Cambodia Daily, will be one of the fewest in the history of the country. Salvatore Foderà together with swiss flutist Regula Bernath will embark on a six concerts tournée across Chile. The element of water has inspired the two artists, who will perform self arranged music from all over the world. A selection of poems about water in different languages, will enrich their musical journey.
